- I am fully aware that my participation in the event may be a source of risk for my physical integrity as well as that of other participants. I therefore decide to freely assume these consequences. I declare that I fully discharge and release the organizer Juliana Serna Reynales from my participation in the course. I accept that the organizer’s insurance does not cover me for risks suffered (injuries, theft, etc.) during the event.
- In the event of absence, missed lessons are not refunded or deducted, but can be replaced (only possible in the event of illness or accident upon presentation of a medical certificate).

- I unreservedly authorize Haragati and Juliana to use images and/or video and/or sound recordings of themselves made during courses for the purposes of promoting Haragati on all platforms and media (social networks, website , posters and others).
