Haragati

7 core elements

The 7 pillars are the foundations from which Haragati takes shape. I have created these bases in order to integrate the different body movement disciplines that I have had the opportunity to explore and that have awakened a deep interest in me. Thanks to these techniques, I have been able to develop this project and take the elements that have impacted me the most from each one in order to share them.

Likewise, these 7 pillars aim to support the guidance I offer, through both the practice and theory that sustain life processes, as well as creative and artistic ones. They provide a clear and effective support to activate vital energy through the exploration of body movement, expanding bodily and sensory perception, and allowing the awakening of the authentic state of being.

….

Understanding the body as a living territory, in relation to the environment, history, and individual and collective experience, we generate changes — physical, emotional, and cognitive — that allow us to move forward, bringing in that “spice” and “sweetness” that life needs, according to my perspective.

Giving a name to these 7 pillars has taken me a long time of research and personal exploration in many senses — not only through physical movement. I therefore propose forms of guidance that allow for exploration across different disciplines, offering a warmer and lighter process, more attuned to individual rhythm, since we all need different paths for creation — understanding the creative process as a cyclical state that requires silence, time, and pauses.

These pillars are worked with in a dynamic and constant way; they do not follow a linear process with a rigid beginning and end. From the felt sense of each moment and the listening to each body present in the space, the necessary rhythm emerges to activate transformation.

To finish, and to be honest, I prefer practice. So I invite you to join one of the classes to begin to feel and reconnect with your bodily spice and sweetness.
