Fusion movement
Integrated Movement (or Fusion) is a non-technical and non-competitive body practice, where the body is experienced as a space for exploration, creativity, and presence.
Through play, improvisation, and inner listening, movement stops being a fixed form and becomes a living, personal practice. Here, I invite you to find your own bodily language, to play, release emotions, and transform stories through movement, with awareness and gentleness.
This practice is open to people of all ages and can be adapted to different rhythms and experiences.
Physical bodies as a creative and expressive medium. Express emotions, tell and change life stories, dance, play and have fun.
These classes integrate tools from different disciplines such as Butoh dance, FlowA, theatrical games, Colombian dances, and yoga, creating a space of fusion where creativity emerges from a conscious body.
The aim is to develop the creativity that arises when we fully inhabit the body, allowing us to reshape the image we have of ourselves.
The spine will be the guiding thread of movement: an axis from which gestures are born and where energy centers meet, awakening the authenticity of being.
In addition, this practice can become a free and playful path to more easily integrate the technique of any dance.
