Body expression

Movement as dance has its roots in ancient rituals, where the body told stories and expressed emotions. It is a tool for transmutation and transformation—a resource to experiment and discover new sensations.

Movement, with an approach and inspiration from transpersonal dance, invites you to go beyond personality or personal history, accessing a supportive and nurturing space of the essential Self while exploring body wisdom.

It is a non-technical, non-competitive body practice, where the body is experienced as a safe space for exploration, creativity, and presence.

Through play, improvisation, and inner listening, movement stops being a fixed form and becomes a living, personal practice.

Discover your own body language, play, release emotions, and transform stories through movement with awareness and kindness.

Creativity emerges from a body that is present and open to new perceptions, rebuilding proprioception as an opportunity for expression and transformation—becoming a creative act that reconnects us with ourselves and others.

The hara and the spine serve as the guiding thread of movement: an axis from which gestures arise and energy centers are activated, awakening the authenticity of being. Tools from various disciplines are also integrated, including butoh dance, flowa, theatrical games, breathing, and stretching.

Additionally, this practice offers a playful and free approach to more easily integrate the techniques of other dances.
