Some dances from a country rich in culture and traditions. With African, Indigenous, and European influences, Colombia has created its own rhythms and dance styles. With the cadence of Colombian cumbia, Cali-style salsa, Caribbean champeta, mapalé, and bullerengue. Dance is a creative and transformative act that reconnects us with ourselves and with others. Acro Yoga
AcroYoga is a body-based practice that integrates elements of yoga, acrobatics, and Thai massage, developed in collaboration with other people to explore movement through mutual support. Yoga is a traditional discipline that seeks spiritual, physical, and mental union, originating in India. Body expression
Movement, or body expression, has its roots in ancient rituals, where the body told stories and expressed emotions. It is a non-technical and non-competitive body practice, in which the body is experienced as a safe space for exploration, creativity, and presence.
